Something on startup is not loading. Possible old application or service.

You would have to go and check in msconfig but I do not recommend that unless you know what your doing.

An option you can try is searching that error on the internet, sounds like a windows error.

    click start-all programs-startup folder
everything in this folder will start when windows does
look in there and see if there is something that shouldnt be in there trying to run when windows does
    good luck

quite hard for anyone to tell you what it is however you can start to try and determine which program may be causing this failure. You should deselect all your startup programs and reenable each one by one (time consuming I know) which means rebooting each time and starting up again until you find which program gives you the error. Either remove the program permanently if you don’t need it or reinstall to see if that sorts the problem.

Could also be a hardware failure but that is a lot harder to work out and means getting inside your box. Unless it really causing you any problems I wouldn’t bother worrying about it.
